Now taking mens consignment!

We are making some changes here at Vida Beale Consignment! It has been after much consideration and 2 years of trial and error, that we have decided to no longer sell furniture and home furnishings here at the store. We have greatly appreciated your furniture consignment and patronage in this area of the business. However, we feel that our customers will be better served with an extension of women's clothing, shoes and accessories.

AND, GREAT NEWS!! We will be introducing MEN'S consignment in SEPTEMBER 2023!

We are excited about this endeavor as we have had multiple requests and inquiries for men's items. Please call with any questions and to make an appointment. We thank you in advance for your continued support of our brand as we make this transition!

Consignment Procedures

Consignors drop off clean, pristine and current/seasonal items. Items should be folded if possible, in bags; no boxes or hangers, please! Items will be evaluated by VBC. At drop off, consignor will specify if they would like unaccepted items returned and will be responsible to take items with them that day.
VBC will price, display and sell accepted items; clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. for a marketing period of 60 days. The sale price of all items will be determined by VBC.

Consignor may choose to receive their payout as a rolling credit, or by check for in store pick-up. Checks will be issued on the first day of the month for the month preceding.

If you want to re-claim unsold items at the end of the period, please notify VBC of your intention to pick-up 2 days prior. Items will be held for 5 days after notification. If not picked up, items become the possession of VBC, and will be donated.

Consignment Policies
Terms for Vida Beale Consignment are as follows:

When signing a contract with Vida Beale, the consignor agrees to a 60 day term for all items consigned. If the consignor desires to reclaim unsold items they must notify VBC prior to pick up. Pick up must occur within 5 days of expiration of the term. The consignor is responsible to gather their items from the racks. If items are not retrieved, they will become property of the store.

Consignor will receive 40% of the sale of each item consigned. Items are priced and determined by Vida Beale and may be subject to change during the 60 day period due to special sales or seasonal promotions.

The consignor may choose to receive their payout as a rolling credit at VBS, or by check for in store pick up. Checks are issued during the first week of the month. Consignor is responsible to track their term expiration dates and payments and contact VBC to request a check payment.

Consignors may call or email to request an appointment for consignment. We ask for a limit of 25 items for each appointment. Appointments can be made during the weekdays. We do not schedule appointments on the weekend.

In a hurry? We take DROP OFFS! Feel free to “drop” a bag of 10 items or less any day of the week. Items we cannot use in the store will be donated.

We are looking forward to consigning with you!

Meet Kirsten

kirsten gross
Kirsten Gross, Owner of Vida Beale Consignment

Kirsten developed a love of fashion at an early age. Specifically, an appreciation for high-end clothing. Knowing that many of those items were unattainable for her budget, she would shop second-hand. In her 20’s, Kirsten worked part-time at an Upscale Consignment Store often dreaming about what it might be like to own a store herself.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, and knowing “the time was right”, Kirsten decided to make a change from a career in the medical field to creating a store that provides sustainable, high end women’s clothing and home furnishings. Vida Beale meaning “Beautiful Life”, provides women the opportunity to feel confident in their own unique style without having to compromise on affordability.
